How old do you have to be to jump on the trampolines?
From 4 years and up. Due to the safety of children under 4 years of age, jumping on trampolines is not allowed.
Is there a weight limit for the trampolines?
We have a weight limit of 300lbs
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. You may not wear shoes on the trampolines. Altitude safety socks only. No jewelry is permitted on the trampolines. Refer to our park rules for more details.
Is food available?
Yes. We have pizza, drinks, chips, and candy bars available at the front counter.
Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, you can book jump time online including fitness classes, parties, and more.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No, however, we offer online ticket purchase if you want to skip the line.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who jumps on our trampolines must first sign our waiver. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
If I have signed a waiver before, do I have to bring it again next time?
If you signed a paper waiver the first time, those only last for one day so you’ll have to sign an electronic waiver either online or at one of the waiver stations in the park which last for a year.
What can I do at Altitude Trampoline park?
Along with open jump, we have dodgeball, slam dunk basketball, a giant foam pit, junior dodgeball, a battle beam, tumble tracks and an area special for small kids.
What are your prices?
1 hour – $11.75 (+tax)
2 hours – $22 (+tax)
Groups of 25+ for 1 Hour: $8. For 2 Hours: $13
10 kids: $179.
20 Kids: $348.
10 Kids: $209.
20 Kids: $408.
How come the lines are so long?
We love Puerto Rico and turns out Puerto Rico loves us back! Sorry about the wait… we think you’ll find it’s worth it!
How many people can use the park at the same time?
Several hundred can enjoy the park at the same time.
Why do we have to buy socks? Can we re-use them?
Altitude safety socks have rubber grips on the bottom to prevent slipping. Absolutely! They are yours to keep! Wash them and bring them back!
Do you offer classes?
Yes! We offer multiple fitness classes at different times every week. Check out our schedule and info on the classes here.
I don’t want to bring my phone or my watch. How can I know how much time is left?
You’ll be given a wristband when you purchase and we’ll call out your color over the stereo system when your time is up. We actually suggest not bringing your cell phone or watch

For group bookings, can we have a separate area for jumping?
Not for all group bookings but contact us to find out how you can book the whole park for just your group.
Where can I store my personal belongings?
We have cubbies for shoes, etc. We can change this to lockers soon after we get them.
Where are you located?
We’re located in Gurabo on carr. 189 next to Selectos.
Coming from San Juan? Take exit 4 off of highway 30 (the exit after plaza centro) turn left and we’ll be on your left hand side in 1 minute.
Is there an age limit?
Nope! We have fun for all ages and an area special for small kids.
Do you sell gift cards?
Can kids jump with other adults?
Yes, but we also have a special area separated for your little ones
What are your weekday and weekend hours?
Open jump prices are the same everyday. 1 Hour: $10.75. 2 Hours: $20
What is your refund policy
Birthday parties and events booked are %100 refundable up until 48 hours before your event.
Do you have a fast pass / quick pass policy for those who booked online?
Yes! Look for the sign that says “purchased online?”
